The southern Marche are characterized by their gentle hilly landscape on the tops of which there are picturesque villages. As you pass through, you can admire the many small farms with their vineyards, sunflower fields and olive groves. The Adriatic is still ubiquitous. Whether you are sitting on top of a hill or even in the mountains, you can see the sea, or at least smell it. The region, which is largely spared from mass tourism, has all sorts of surprises in store: the stalactite caves of Frasassi, historic theatres, a truffle stronghold, traditional village festivals and many nature reserves. One often gets the impression that life here has stopped in the 1970s.

Nestled in a side valley south of Massignano, it is surrounded by over a hundred fruit and olive trees in the middle of nature. In addition to olives, we harvest figs, kaki, apricots, cherries, peach and much more. You are welcome to try. Enjoy the calm completely undisturbed.
The sandy beaches of Cupra Marittima are just 3.7 miles away. There you will also find great restaurants and many shopping opportunities. An ideal location for a variety of excursions such as a walk in medieval towns, bathing on beautiful beaches or hiking in the mountains.

Experience the sunrise over the sea on the roof terrace at breakfast. It is located in the centre of the medieval town of Ripatransone, at an altitude of almost 500 metres above sea level. From here you have the most fantastic views of the sea, as well as the Grand Sasso and Monte Sibillini mountains. The city was formerly the episcopal seat and has a lot to offer culturally. Just around the corner you will find small typical bars, restaurants and shopping facilities for daily needs. The sandy beaches and the diverse beach life of the well-known seaside resort of Grottammare are just 7.5 miles away.
